If you run the desk yourself and move a handful of loads a month, Starter gives you the full system for $20: rate confirmations, tracking, carrier vetting, and accounting, with nothing held back except the number of users and shipments.
Once you add people or volume, Unlimited is one flat $299 a month however large the team gets. A TMS only works when everyone is in it, so there is no per-seat pricing: every dispatcher, ops manager, and accountant gets their own login, and your next hire costs you nothing.

- Only the limits. Starter is $20/month for one user and up to 20 shipments a month. Unlimited is $299/month for unlimited users and unlimited shipments. Both include every feature.
- Can I start on Starter and upgrade later?
- Yes. You can switch to Unlimited from your billing page at any time, and your loads, carriers, customers, and accounting carry over untouched.
- What happens when I reach 20 shipments on Starter?
- Creating new shipments pauses until your next billing month starts or you upgrade to Unlimited. Everything you have already entered stays fully available.
- Is there a long-term contract?
- No. Billing is monthly and you can cancel any time from your billing page. You keep access until the end of the month you have paid for.
- Can you migrate our existing loads and carriers?
- Yes — onboarding includes help importing customers, carriers, and facilities so your team starts with real data.
- Do dispatch and accounting need separate tools?
- No. AR and AP are generated from load pricing automatically, so accounting works in the same system as dispatch — with permissions keeping each role in its lane.
- Is our data isolated from other companies?
- Yes. Every organization's users, shipments, customers, carriers, documents, and accounting are strictly isolated and permission-checked on the server.
